You can also select your cake types, our traditional
rich fruit cake recipe is still the most popular, closely followed by
rich chocolate cake. Moist sponge cake in vanilla or lemon is also a
favourite, with banana cake and carrot cake making an unusual but
delicious alternative.
To ensure that your cake reaches it's destination in
